In a crowded field of more than 100 collegiate teams nationwide, the SUNY at Old Westbury team won with a creative campaign to engage and activate their peers on nation’s $21 trillion debt

Each year, student-led teams from campuses across the nation develop creative and informative campaigns as a part of the annual Up to Us Campus Competition, geared to engage and educate their peers on the risks presented by America’s $21 trillion debt. This year more than 100 unique college campuses were represented in the competition, looking to earn the title of “winner” for the program's sixth year.

We are happy to announce that amid stiff competition, the student team from State University of New York (SUNY) at Old Westbury, led by junior Evan Rufrano, won the sixth annual Campus Competition.
